Founder :
Mustafa Rakab is the technical director and founder of Rakab DER Services, Mustafa has over 25 years of aircraft engineering experience and has developed a network of relationships with independent professional engineers in the aviation industry.

Mustafa has been a consultant FAA structural DER since 1994. Mustafa is also a GACA DER and an EASA compliance verification engineer.
